Which sizes are available?
Most pieces come in S, M, L and XL, and a few in M, L and XL. Shirt lengths are given for each piece, for example 38 inches for a suit and 54 to 55 inches for a long kaftan. Send your usual size and height with your order.
Are the suits stitched?
Most pieces are stitched and ready to wear, usually as a 3-piece suit: shirt or kaftan, trousers or palazzo, and dupatta. Unstitched suits are available too; ask on WhatsApp.
How do I pay, and where do you deliver?
You pay cash on delivery anywhere in the UAE. Fashion Hub also ships to India and Pakistan. The delivery fee and timing are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Can I exchange or return a piece?
No. Fashion Hub does not offer exchange or return, so every sale is final. Before you confirm, ask for extra photos or a video of the piece and check the size and length on WhatsApp.
Where can I see the pieces in person?
Fashion Hub takes a stall at fashion and lifestyle exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, such as Riwaaz and Pitara. The next dates are posted on Instagram @hubfashion_20.
